Birthday Parties

Beta Birthdays are full of climbing fun, laughter and energy! You provide the birthday kiddo and guests, and we’ll provide the equipment, instruction, and staff to ensure a safe and memorable experience. Our party deck and group climbing area, located in a private corner of the gym, is specifically geared towards new and younger climbers so everyone can experience the exhilaration of getting to the top of the wall.

Deluxe Beta Birthday Party

  • 1 additional birthday party staff member

*2 large one-topping pizzas from Nimarco’s are included in this price. Additional large one-topping pizzas can be ordered for $22 each. Drinks are not included in any of the birthday packages.

Birthday party requirements

  • Reservations require a minimum 2 week notice.

  • You must pay the $100 security deposit (non-refundable) required upon reservation. You may reschedule a reservation if changes are made 14 days prior to the original date of booking.

  • We recommend 1 adult per every 4 participants for supervision of activities (including staff members). Additional staff (belayer) can be hired for $45.00/each. Parents are not allowed to belay children.

  • Participants under the age of 18 must have waiver signed by parent.

All climbers must complete a Beta Bouldering Gym liability waiver before they are allowed to climb in our facility. Please note that all climbers under the age of 18 must have a liability waiver completed by a parent or legal guardian. Save time and fill out your waiver HERE.
